1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at blingcreative.co or engaging Bling Creative for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Bling Creative provides creative marketing services including but not limited to:

• Social media management and strategy
• Performance marketing (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)
• Influencer and KOL campaign management
• Branding and creative direction
• Content creation and production

Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual service agreements or proposals agreed upon by both parties.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each individual proposal or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur a service charge. Bling Creative reserves the right to pause or suspend services for overdue accounts.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables created specifically for them under a project. Bling Creative retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing. All tools, processes, and proprietary methodologies remain the property of Bling Creative.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bling Creative is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the relevant service agreement. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly. Prepaid retainer fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
